The Artist

Born with a deep love for creativity, Elhaji Conde has been immersed in art since childhood.

Now based in Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland, his work is inspired by the surrounding landscape together with his fascination for history, culture and the stories objects carry.

The Journey

Over time, Elhaji discovered his artistic voice through upcycling.

He transforms used bottle caps, aluminium cans and steel nails into one-of-a-kind artworks, revealing beauty in materials others would discard.

His work reflects a belief in reducing waste, giving forgotten objects a second life, and creating something meaningful from the unexpected.

The Process

Each artwork begins with carefully selecting materials before designing the composition.

Every piece is completely unique and often takes several weeks to complete.

Elhaji works patiently and intuitively, allowing the materials themselves to influence the final artwork.

The Philosophy

For Elhaji, art is more than decoration.

It is about renewal, resilience and transformation—inviting people to see ordinary objects in an entirely new way.

Every piece tells a story that celebrates creativity, sustainability and the beauty hidden in the unexpected.
